10am - Technical Load-in. P.A. set up, cameras and lights set up. Chairs organized. Goals:

1. We’re organized for the music rehearsals

2. We know what to do for the swap-over from recording on Friday to the live set-up for Saturday

2:30pm - Music load-in. Core band (guitars, bass, drum, keys).

3 - 6pm Core band rehearsal

11am - Technical load-in Camera, lights, engineering set up.

12pm - Full Music load-in Strings, horns, harp, core band and backing vocals arrive and set up.

1pm - 3pm Rehearsal, Sound Check, videography compositioning/proof of concept shooting

3 - 4pm Break and food is on Maureen

4pm - 8pm Tracking

Show is 4pm - 6pm (we will run the show several times to make sure we have great footage).
